The LC/F to LC/F Single Mode Duplex OS2 Fibre Adapter in blue is the ideal fibre adapter for transitioning between an OS2 fibre optic network with a standard LC interface. If you’re not familiar, single mode duplex OS2 fibre provides very low loss and high-speed data transmission for single mode duplex fibre optic connections. This adapter is manufactured to exacting and durable standards.

The LC-LC duplex fibre optic terminations create excellent interconnections between LC patch cords. They are equally important in structured cabling installations in data centres and telecom rigging setups. With the LC/F (female) to LC/F (female) configuration, it can produce a reliable mating allowing quick disposal in high-density patch panels.

This OS2 LC adapter is for use in Singlemode applications. Utilising the same footprint a simplex SC adapter, the 09/125 LC adapter offers twice the port density of SC to SC type connections.

The product has been designed and manufactured to the IEC and TIA/EIA specifications for OS2 LC Adapters, which are intended for single-mode applications only. It has been engineered with very low insertion loss and high repeatability. The adapter has also been used with LC-SC hybrid fibre optical adapters to provide the benefits of interconnection ability in backbone and access networks, and to support single-mode and select multimode systems.

Main Features:

LC F to LC F Duplex Fibre Adapter- OS2 Single Mode

Precision alignment sleeves to produce a stable connection

Blue Colour Housing to easily identify the OS2

Suitable for Fibre Optic Duplex Couplers and patch panels

Allows connection options for single-mode and select multimode systems
